QuoteKit is a SaaS product built and owned by NexaDesign. It was born from a real problem we identified while building Clarks Courier's website: courier businesses need a way to give customers instant quotes and capture those leads — but building a custom solution from scratch is expensive and time-consuming. QuoteKit solves that with a single line of code.
Courier and delivery companies lose potential customers every day because getting a quote requires a phone call or a lengthy form. At the same time, building a bespoke quote calculator is out of reach for most small operators. QuoteKit needed to be powerful enough for serious businesses, but simple enough to set up in minutes.
We built a full SaaS platform — from the embeddable widget to the dashboard, billing, and CRM — using Next.js 15, Supabase, and Stripe. Courier businesses sign up, configure their pricing, and embed a branded widget on their website with a single iframe snippet.
Key features and highlights of this project
A single iframe snippet is all it takes to add a fully branded, functional quote calculator to any website. No developer required — just copy, paste, and go live.
Couriers configure everything from the dashboard: base rate, price per mile, minimum fare, vehicle types with price multipliers, service levels, optional surcharges, and brand colour. The widget updates in real time.
Every quote request appears in the courier's dashboard as a lead — with customer details, route, vehicle type, quoted price, and status. Leads can be filtered, searched, and updated (New → Contacted → Booked → Lost) with notes.
The moment a customer submits a quote, the courier receives an email notification with the lead details. The customer receives a confirmation email with their quote summary — powered by Resend.
QuoteKit runs on a subscription model: a 14-day free trial (no credit card required), Starter at £39/month (100 leads/month), and Pro at £79/month (500 leads/month + Google Maps route display). Billing is handled entirely through Stripe.
Pro plan subscribers get an interactive route map shown to customers after their quote — powered by the Google Maps Static Maps and Routes API. A premium touch that builds trust.
