Clarks Courier Services is a small, independent courier business that needed a website to compete with larger players in their local market. They came to NexaDesign with two priorities: rank well on Google for local courier searches, and give their customers a way to get an instant price without having to pick up the phone.
Small courier businesses often lose potential customers at the first hurdle — either they can't be found online, or the process of getting a quote is too slow and friction-heavy. Clarks needed a website that solved both problems simultaneously.
We built a fully custom website with SEO baked in from the ground up, combined with a bespoke instant quote calculator that turns every visitor into a potential lead.

The entire website was structured for local search visibility from day one — with optimised page structure, semantic HTML, local business schema markup, and content targeting the specific search terms Clarks' customers use.
Powered by the Google Distance Matrix API, the quote calculator lets customers enter their pickup and drop-off postcodes and receive a real, accurate price in seconds — calculated using Clarks' own pricing logic. No generic estimates, no waiting for a callback.
Every quote request is a captured lead. The quote flow collects customer contact details as part of the process, so Clarks always knows who's interested and can follow up proactively.
After receiving their quote, customers can download a professionally branded PDF — complete with Clarks' logo, pricing breakdown, and contact details. It's a professional touch that builds trust and gives customers something tangible to keep.
